Epoxy Flooring

START WITH A FREE ON-SITE ASSESSMENT

We ensure the longest lifespan for your epoxy or urethane floor system by mechanically grinding or shot blasting the substrate to create a strong mechanical and chemical bond. Epoxy and urethane floors, available in a wide variety of colors and textures, are ideal for kitchens, warehouses, machine shops, and pharmaceutical and laboratory settings, offering durable and reliable flooring solutions.

Site Preparation

The existing floor needs to be prepared before applying the epoxy coating. Epoxy will not adhere to certain surfaces. Plus, you’ll want a smooth, level area in order to get the best results from your new floor.

The existing concrete needs to be ground down first. This is done with diamond-bladed tools that remove the concrete surface and make it porous enough to accept the epoxy. Proper surface preparation is critical to the quality of the final product, allowing the floor to settle correctly and prevent the development of bubbles and other flaws.

If a brand-new concrete sub base is being poured for the project, that concrete needs to be fully cured before the epoxy can be mixed and poured.

Customizing Your Floor

Epoxy floors can make use of various media in order to customize and decorate the final product. Some of these include quartz flakes, metallics, vinyl, and other aggregates.

The result is a floor that looks exactly the way you want it – all while being exceptionally durable and incredibly easy to maintain. We go to great lengths to bring our customers’ vision to life on every project.
